The Impact You’ll Make
- Support institutional equity clients using Strategas’ macro‑economic research and insights.
- Execute purchases and sales of investment products accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with institutional equity trading desks.
- Develop in‑depth market and trading knowledge by working directly with experienced sales traders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and trading.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a high‑pressure, team‑based environment.
- High motivation, drive, and competitive mindset with strong teamwork orientation.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability to changing technologies, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Active SIE, Series 7, Series 55(57), and Series 63 licenses.
- $100,000 -$125,000 annual salary range
- Bonus potential
