In this role, you will partner closely with External Wholesalers to develop and strengthen relationships with financial advisors. You will proactively engage advisors, share sales ideas, provide product knowledge, and uncover new business opportunities. Additionally, you’ll work assisting with operations on key Strategas initiatives, offer case design support, deliver meaningful insights related to Strategas’ ETF suite and Separately Managed Accounts, and play a key role in advancing territory sales goals.

The Impact You'll Make
- Drive sales by developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with new and existing advisors.
- Make proactive sales calls to strengthen relationships and identify selling opportunities.
- Apply your understanding of financial markets to identify opportunities aligned with Strategas’ ETF and SMA products.
- Partner with External Wholesalers to create territory business plans and achieve regional sales objectives.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including CRM updates, travel and expenses, schedule coordination, participation in conference calls, email management, continuing education, and additional company requirements.
- Residency in the NYC Metro area.
- Required licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 & 65 or 66.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience working with ETFs and SMAs.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to manage a territory independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- $85,000- $90,000 annual salary range
- Bonus potential based on performance
