SAP OTC Consultant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
8 years of experience in SAP OTC modules
Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and Order-to-Cash processes.
Experience in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Returns.
Good understanding of Customer Master Data and Credit Management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC processes and Fiori applications.
Knowledge of integration with SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and TM.
Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective SAP solutions.
Experience preparing functional specifications and working with technical/ABAP teams.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience in system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Knowledge of SAP interfaces, IDocs, EDI, APIs, and integration concepts.
Ability to create process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
SAP SD/OTC certification and SAP S/4HANA experience are preferred.
