Stratavia Aviation Search is partnering with a rapidly growing business aviation operator to hire a Maintenance Controller to support an active, modern fleet.
This is not a back-office role — you’ll be at the center of operations, handling real-time maintenance coordination, AOG response, and ensuring aircraft are safe, compliant, and mission-ready at all times.

- Act as the central hub for all maintenance activity across the fleet
- Provide real-time technical support to flight crews and operations
- Lead and manage AOG situations
- Coordinate with MROs, OEMs, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with FAA Part 91/135 regulations
- Oversee maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, Flightdocs, Traxxall)
- Track ADs, SBs, inspections, and scheduled maintenance
- Support cost control and vendor strategy
- FAA A&P License (Required)
- 5 years of aviation maintenance experience
- Strong business aviation aircraft experience
- Part 135 experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and make decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and coordination skills
