The Human Resource Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management. Responsibilities:
- Serve as one of the first point of contact for HR related questions received
- Lead all efforts with regard to recruitment, on-boarding new hires, including offer letter processing, start day coordination, processing new hire paperwork
- Tracks and on a regular basis reports out on applicant flow of candidates
- Conduct reference checks and verification of employment on applicants
- Ensure all employees are entered and processed correctly in the HR system and time-keeping system
- Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure HR processes are completed accurately, and on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes
- Maintain all compliance related documents in conjunction with the HR Generalists, such as, Agent trainings and Code of Conducts, New Instructor Trainings, etc.
- Update and maintain Job Descriptions
- Takes initiative with projects in relation to Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Diversity or other HR initiatives as directed by the SRHR Director and or SR VPHR.
- Provide reports and information to the SRHR Director and SR VPHR to review and provide feedback regarding any or all of the following and maybe more: HR needs, compensation and incentive plans, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, management and employee training, policy development
- Ultipro experience preferred or Expertise and Knowledge of building upon HRIS Systems for various modules

- Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
- Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal
