Do you thrive on helping others succeed? At Tulsa Welding School, we’re looking for a dynamic, people-first Career Services Advisor who’s passionate about launching students into life-changing careers. You’ll coach, guide, and cheer them on from classroom to job placement—and love every second of the journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Support students in preparing for graduation and employment
• Coach on job readiness: resumes, interviews, and realistic career expectations
• Build and maintain employer connections and job leads
• Track graduate employment and verify placement records for compliance
• Assist with part-time job placement during training
• Represent the school at job fairs, open houses, and employer visits
• Keep records accurate and up to date in the placement database
• Hit placement goals and help change lives along the way
  
  

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-focused mindset
• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Energized by student success and making a difference
