Principal Technical Product Manager (TPM)
We’re seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the roadmap, modernization, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that power our core business functions. This role blends product strategy, business partnership, and hands-on techno-functional leadership to drive meaningful operational impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for enterprise applications, focusing on process optimization, automation, and scalability.
- Evaluate, select, and implement CRM, ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, and digital experience platforms.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and serve as a trusted technology advisor.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage delivery through Agile/Scrum practices.
- Lead cloud modernization, application re-platforming, and integration efforts.
- Drive process simplification, harmonization, and global standardization across key business workflows.
- Support adoption through training, documentation, and change enablement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7 years of IT experience with strong expertise in ERP, CRM, supply chain, or manufacturing applications.
- 2 years configuring Oracle EBS (R12 ) or Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and medium to large-scale technology initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum and product management best practices.
- Experience in manufacturing or other complex, process-driven industries.
- Background in cloud modernization and digital transformation programs.
Pay: $64,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
