Strata-G Solutions is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team. The Contracts Administrator will provide a full range of contracting services such as pre-award, cost and pricing, contract award, and post-award services. This position requires the ability to work on proposals and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Review and analyze RFP terms and conditions, participating in solicitation/proposal reviews.
- Ensure proposals submitted are responsive, accurate, and complete.
- Provide contract administration on a variety of contracts encompassing the contract life cycle (pre-proposal through contract closeout).
- Evaluate and monitor contract performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide regular tracking and reporting to senior management on contract issues.
- Assist with contract reporting requirements.
- Assist in updating contract data and documents contained in the Contracts Management repository.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working with various types of contracts.
- Knowledge of and experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Demonstrated problem-solving in-depth analytical skills
- Attentive to details and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of directly related experience, or Associate's Degree with six years of directly related experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with leadership, customers, and associates.
