Manager / Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply Chain & Logistics
Our Boston based clinical‑stage biotech client is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply Chain & Logistics to drive global clinical supply operations and ensure uninterrupted delivery of investigational product across active and future studies. This position requires 3-4 days per week onsite in their Boston office.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end clinical supply chain activities for DS/DP/FG and ancillary materials
- Manage global IP distribution, temperature‑controlled logistics, and chain‑of‑custody compliance
- Forecast site demand, develop stocking strategies, and support enrollment‑driven supply needs
- Build and maintain clinical supply plans, inventory tracking, and expiry management
- Coordinate material transfers across CDMOs, depots, labs, and clinical sites
- Partner cross‑functionally with CMC, Clinical Ops, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing
What You Bring
- 5 years in biotech/pharma clinical supply chain
- Strong understanding of GxP, global distribution, and import/export requirements
- Experience with CDMOs, depots, and clinical logistics partners
- Proficiency in inventory systems and Excel
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced clinical environment
