Our Cambridge based pharmaceutical client is seeking a Contract Associate Manager, Supply Chain Logistics. The selected individual will have full exposure to different areas of Logistics and Commercial Distribution and will work with other cross-functional team members. The incumbent will be a key member of their team primarily responsible for supporting commercial distribution shipments into the GCC region; other activities will be assigned as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with international partners.
What You’ll Do
• Support commercial distribution shipments into the GCC region (KSA, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar) • Contribute to commercial product launch activities
• Assist in setting up and implementing new process flows
• Execute international bulk and sample shipments between CMOs and global regions
• Manage customs compliance and ensure alignment with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards
• Support US commercial distribution operations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and Smartsheet dashboards
• Collaborate with QA and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational continuity
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands‑on logistics experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including high‑value clinical or commercial drug shipments
• Experience with US importation and international distribution
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of execution
• Proven ability to work effectively across teams in a regulated environment
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data management tools
• Continuous improvement mindset and cultural awareness preferred
Bonus Skills
• Experience using Smartsheet
• Prior work with partners in the Middle East
