Description

 

Stratacomm seeks a passionate and data-driven analyst to join our Paid Media Team. The analyst will maintain, collect, and analyze data for media campaigns. This role will develop in-depth campaign insights and test strategies for select accounts. The analyst will work closely with the Media Strategists to ensure successful deliverables for our clients.  


Responsibilities: 


  • Maintain, collect, and analyze large-scale data from media vendors to assess campaigns 
  • Lead weekly/monthly reporting to drive account insights across all department deliverables
  • Based on correlations, provide optimization recommendations and other actionable insights for paid media campaigns
  • Drive agency-wide data roadmap, evolve our capabilities to keep up with agency needs and industry trends
  • Migrate current data structure to a more robust toolset to maintain continued data collection, quality, and analysis


Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of data analytics experience 
  • Experience interpretting data and recommend optimizations based on correlations in data sets 
  • Strong understanding of Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and macros 
  • Be a self-starter with a problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Experience compiling large datasets into clear reports for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with team members, cross-functionally, and industry partners 
  • Highly organized, team player with practical time management skills 
  • Ability to draw valuable insights from raw data and collaborate with the media strategist for media plan details and learnings 
  • Ability to compile large data sets from multiple sources into cohesive reports, communicating a clear story to clients without a robust data stack
  • Desire to seek new learning opportunities and develop skills to grow in the role
  • Experience with Paid Media in an agency or in-house is valuable
  • Programming and computer science experience with Python and/or SQL proficiency is a bonus
