We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who can lead complex client implementations, coordinate technical teams, and ensure projects move from strategy through successful delivery.

About the Role

The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for owning the execution and delivery of StrataBlue client projects.

You will act as the connection point between clients, product leadership, engineers, QA, and internal teams.

This role requires someone who understands software development, enjoys working with technical teams, communicates clearly with clients, and knows how to turn complex projects into organized execution plans.

You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you should be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, AI systems, and technical requirements.

Your job is to create clarity, remove blockers, and make sure great ideas become successful implementations.

ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership

• Own delivery for multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Manage scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Keep projects moving and identify blockers early.
• Ensure commitments are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.

Client Communication

• Serve as a technical point of contact for assigned clients.
• Lead project meetings, discovery sessions, and implementation discussions.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Technical Delivery Management

• Partner with engineers and technical teams to execute solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks.
• Review technical plans and identify missing requirements.
• Coordinate development, testing, feedback, and deployment.
• Understand integrations, workflows, and system dependencies.

You should be comfortable discussing:

• APIs
• Webhooks
• Data flows
• CRM integrations
• Automation platforms
• AI agent workflows
• Software development processes
• Technical architecture concepts

Team Coordination

• Coordinate developers, QA, designers, and internal specialists.
• Manage sprint planning and delivery cycles.
• Ensure teams have clear requirements before development begins.
• Improve internal processes for project execution.
• Help create repeatable delivery systems as StrataBlue grows.

AI & Automation Projects

You will support projects involving:

• AI voice agents
• Customer support automation
• Sales automation
• CRM workflows
• Business intelligence dashboards
• Data integrations
• Internal workflow automation

You do not need to build these systems yourself, but you should understand how they work and help guide successful implementation.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will:

• Successfully manage multiple AI and automation implementations.
• Become a trusted technical partner for StrataBlue clients.
• Improve project communication and delivery consistency.
• Reduce engineering delays caused by unclear requirements.
• Create stronger processes around project planning and execution.
• Help the team deliver more projects without increasing complexity.

QualificationsRequired

• 5 years experience managing technical software projects.
• Experience working with engineering teams.
• Experience managing client-facing implementations.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities at the same time.
