About the RoleThe Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for owning the execution and delivery of StrataBlue client projects.
You will act as the connection point between clients, product leadership, engineers, QA, and internal teams.
This role requires someone who understands software development, enjoys working with technical teams, communicates clearly with clients, and knows how to turn complex projects into organized execution plans.
You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you should be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, AI systems, and technical requirements.
Your job is to create clarity, remove blockers, and make sure great ideas become successful implementations.
ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership- Own delivery for multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Manage scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Keep projects moving and identify blockers early.
- Ensure commitments are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead project meetings, discovery sessions, and implementation discussions.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Partner with engineers and technical teams to execute solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks.
