Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Claims Specialist role in Carlsbad, CA. The Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing claims processes, handling insurance claims, reviewing documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions. The role involves analyzing claims data, identifying inconsistencies, and collaborating with insurers, clients, and internal teams to ensure the claims process runs efficiently. The position requires close attention to detail, effective communication, and organized workflow management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Claims Management and Claims Handling, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end claims process
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve discrepancies effectively
- Experience with Insurance processes and understanding of industry standards
- Strong Communication skills to engage with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients professionally
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working in healthcare or dermatology-related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in claims management software or systems is preferred
Salary range: $50K-$70K per year based on experience
