We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! The APS is responsible for maintaining financial records with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate delivery of company invoice posting and payments Salary range 55k to 65K. 5 days On-Site work during training process, after training can be hybrid 1 day (Fridays).

Responsibilities:
- Propose end-of-month expense accruals
- Various account reconciliations
- Accounts Payable processing
- Work with auditors to gather and provide requested information
- Other duties as assigned
- Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- 1-2 years experience working within an Accounting Department
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with AP Processing including 3-way match
- Experience working with an ERP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy with financial ERP and Microsoft applications
