In this role, you'll collaborate closely with functional stakeholders and IT teams to support, maintain, and enhance Ellucian Banner environments—ensuring systems run smoothly, integrate seamlessly, and evolve to meet the dynamic needs of colleges and universities.If you're looking for a flexible, collaborative environment where your Banner expertise directly contributes to the success of higher education institutions, we want to hear from you.Provide consultation and support to clients during the implementation of the Ellucian Banner software suite and related applications.Troubleshoot and devise creative solutions to client requests regarding the Banner suite.Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions based on client priorities.Required Qualifications5 years of experience within the Higher Education sectorExpertise in Banner technologies and strong proficiency in PL/SQLExperience in Ellucian Banner ERP/SIS implementation, including but notlimited to functional analysts, integration specialists, and configuration expertsExperience with the following: Jira ticketing, Oracle Database, AppWorx, ODS/ODI, Tomcat (optioal), Ethos, TouchnetExperience coding in at least one language: Java, JavaScript, Groovy/GrailsFamiliarity with database and IDE tools such as SQL Developer, Toad, Eclipse, or IntelliJExperience with web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful Web ServicesProficiency in version control software like GitAbility to self-manage, handle multiple projects, and problem-solve efficientlyExcellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer serviceEagerness to learn, collaborate, and travel as requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with Banner Extensibility tools and the Ellucian Ethos PlatformDemonstrated experience in data migrationFamiliarity with Ellucian Insights and Experience (a big plus)Proven ability to integrate third-party applications with BannerExperience designing and implementing solutions using Banner WorkflowKnowledge of implementing and supporting Banner Document Management or other imaging systemsExperience supporting Degree WorksFamiliarity with automating batch processes using Automic Applications Manager or similar softwarePay and BenefitsThe salary range is $90,000 -$120,000 bonusHealth, Vision, Dental & Life InsuranceShort & Long Term DisabilityPaid Parental Leave3 Weeks Vacation, Sick Leave & Paid Holidays401(K) with a 5% Employer ContributionPet InsuranceThe listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location.
