We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to take ownership of engineering and/or manufacturing-focused projects. In this role, you will lead multi-level teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers-ensuring all contractual commitments are met with excellence. This is a fully onsite position located in Huntsville, AL.
What You'll Do:

Drive project success by developing and managing master plans and schedules.

Serve as the main interface between the customer and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.

Provide regular progress updates to upper management and stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks while capturing new opportunities for business growth.

Support company compliance with AS-9100/AS9110 certifications and industry standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships to foster new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For:

5 years of experience leading project teams on multiple concurrent projects.

Strong background in proposal development and/or U.S. Government contract evaluation.

Knowledge in multiple technical and manufacturing disciplines (electrical, mechanical, composites) and logistics/sustainment.

Familiarity with U.S. military weapon systems is a plus.

BS/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).

PMP or DAWIA/B2B certification is highly desirable, but not required.
