Strata-G is seeking an experienced IT Manager I/II with the following:
Summary:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee core IT functions, including application support, software engineering, QA/QC, business analysis, and database administration.
- Standards & Policy Development: Establish and enforce corporate technical standards and procedures, applying creative problem-solving to complex technical and management challenges.
- Strategic Influence: Drive policy formation and high-level decision-making; manage large-scale resource allocation and coordinate complex technical assignments.
- Team & Project Management: Lead personnel and manage project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Direct the administration and maintenance of company infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Business Alignment: Partner with diverse business units and stakeholders to execute the IT organization’s strategic goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements across all areas of IT responsibility.
- Mentorship: Actively coach and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and internal accountability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. 15 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 3 years of related supervisory or management experience in Information Technology management.
