The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing the receipt of materials, performing cycle counts and physical inventory, addressing logistics issues in collaboration with the team, and ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner.

This is an in-office position. At times, you may be required to drive company vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, twist, bend and stand for more than 1 hour is required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Use Strata’s ERP system (Viewpoint Vista) and Excel to create and run material tracking reports.
- Combine the site material plan with tracking data to develop daily and weekly load routing and receiving schedules.
- Maintain accurate processes for tracking materials from delivery through usage.
- Enter material quantities into the inventory system (Viewpoint) promptly.
- Scan and correctly label delivery documents (BOLs, manifests, packing slips) in Viewpoint.
- Perform weekly cycle counts and monthly physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate shipment issues (such as backorders or damaged materials) to the Corporate Purchasing team.
- Report trucking issues (such as late deliveries or incorrect quantities) to the Corporate Logistics team.
- Ensure subcontractors complete and sign Material Transfer Forms when transferring ownership.
- Support On-Time Delivery goals by coordinating with Construction on scheduling and priorities.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example with a strong commitment to clear and consistent communication.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Lists preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with proven problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a consistent record of accuracy.
- Committed to safety and compliance with all company safety protocols and standards.
