- Create / review I&C block and interconnection diagrams; review and / or develop other deliverables.
- Specify components to meet project requirements.
- Review and prepare bills of materials for I&C system equipment.
- Under guidance, and in collaboration with other engineering disciplines, develop, document, and execute control solutions to comply with contractual and / or utility requirements.
- Perform technical review of third party I&C and SCADA design documentation.
- Support commissioning of utility scale I&C systems, and interface with Strata field personnel to ensure project requirements are satisfied expeditiously.
- Develop data collection and interface (including protocol) solutions for reporting equipment.
- Provide technical / commercial input for proposals to support Strata business development, and review proposals and bid documentation from SCADA vendors.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
- 2 -3 years relevant work experience preferred; other experience levels will be considered.
- Proficient with AutoCAD (desired), and MS Office.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Experience designing renewable energy (PV or BESS) projects desired but not necessary.
