- Lead business development initiatives focused on Data Center investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Hyperscalers, Data Center developers, and infrastructure partners.
- Evaluate and structure investment opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with internal teams on technical feasibility, site selection, and operational planning.
- Represent Strata at industry events and in strategic negotiations.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- 10 years of experience in Data Center development, investment, or M&A.
- Strong network within the Data Center ecosystem, including Hyperscalers and major developers.
- Solid understanding of Data Center financial models and investment structures.
- Basic technical knowledge of Data Center design, construction, and operations.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and driving strategic growth.
