Our client specializes in Grading/Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Paving, Structures, and Public Works projects across the state, consistently ranking among the region’s top contractors.
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in estimating and managing heavy civil projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area. While your primary focus will be on estimating large-scale projects, you'll also have the chance to manage select projects from bid award to completion, offering a full cradle-to-grave project experience
What You'll Do:
- Estimate and manage
- heavy civil construction projects
- throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
- Take charge of projects from bid through to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team in a company with progressive leadership and a culture of excellence.
What You Bring:
- 10 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction, with a strong background in excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, or paving.
- Experience with ADOT (Arizona Department of Transportation) is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, AUTOCAD, Agtek, and/or Bluebeam.
- Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A 4-year degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
- Negotiated project experience and technical writing skills are a plus.

- Base Salary: $140K - $150K DOE
