Role Description
We’re Strat Media — a small but growing team running large-scale email and SMS campaigns. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys details, systems, and making sure everything works just right.

This is not a creative or client-facing role. It’s a technical position for someone who takes pride in accuracy, reliability, and performance.
What you'll do
- Set up and manage automated email and SMS flows (welcome series, cart recovery, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
- Work with ESPs, routes, and providers to ensure proper delivery and compliance
- Run A/B and multivariate tests (subject lines, timing, channel mix)
- Keep lists clean, maintain suppression rules, and follow best deliverability practices
- Collaborate with creative and copy teams to improve results
- Connect email/SMS data with analytics and CRM systems
- Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue) and optimize continuously
- Troubleshoot deliverability or routing issues when they arise
- Segment audiences for better targeting and personalization
What we're looking for
- 2 years of experience in email or SMS marketing
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or Braze
- A strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and automation
- Analytical mindset — you like making sense of numbers and dashboards
- Familiarity with compliance and deliverability best practices
- Comfortable working with different teams (design, data, marketing)
Bonus points if you have
- 4 years in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing
- Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or agency environments
- Basic HTML/CSS for template tweaks
- Understanding of revenue attribution and LTV tracking
