Strange’s has a position opening for a seasonal holiday Delivery Driver at the Short Pump garden center. The holiday Delivery Driver is responsible for the prompt delivery of all assigned goods/orders (primarily poinsettias) while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Applicants must be able to provide a valid drivers license and have points driving record. Experience driving a delivery van preferred. Hourly rate dependent upon experience.
Scheduling : Tuesday-Saturday 8-5 PM
- Maintains cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Communicates with the greenhouse management team on the status of all deliveries
- Completes routes and deliveries promptly
- Loads and unloads delivery vehicles in a timely manner
- Checks delivery vehicle daily to ensure safe transportation
