Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate axle straightening equipment safely and efficiently.
- Drive a forklift to move materials, products, and inventory throughout the facility.
- Assist with inventory movement and organization.
- Perform a variety of production and shop-related tasks as assigned.
- Follow quality, safety, and company procedures.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Learn new processes and duties as required.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained).
- Ability to work effectively with others and communicate professionally.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take on different assignments.
- Dependable and punctual.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Salary : $18 - $20
