Description
The Project Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, contractors and Strang’s integrated team of project engineers, architects and interior designers to manage a variety of exciting project types including some of Strang’s most complex and technically challenging. Working under the direction of a Principal-In-Charge, you will gain knowledge and experience in advanced project management techniques to effectively lead project teams of all sizes and configuration and develop strong leadership skills necessary for complex project types. You will be assisted by other architectural staff when necessary. This position can be located at one of our growing offices in Madison, WI or Waukesha, WI with flexibility to work from home.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Architectural Technology degree; Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree (from an NAAB-accredited School of Architecture preferred); or related industry required.
- Registered Architect preferred
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience as an architectural project manager to include coordination of multiple projects, preferably in the design of Science and Technology, Commercial, Corporate Office and Higher Education markets.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Thorough knowledge of codes, contracts, and construction detailing
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage teams and projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivation, time management and organizational abilities
Desirable / Secondary Proficiencies Include:
- Specialty certifications (e.g. LEED, WELL)
- Project Management Software a plus
