STRAND is a unique firm with all disciplines under one roof (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Civil, Landscape Architecture, Interior, Energy, etc.)
Experience Background: Residential, Multifamily, and/or Commercial.
Software skills: All basic graphic skills, but most importantly Revit (BIM).
Pay: Salary $55K to $60K or $26.44 an hour to $28.85
Work schedule: Mon to Thurs in the office and Fridays Remote
Summary of Position:
‘Designer’ is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and accurately entering inspection data into compliance software systems. This role ensures that projects meet applicable code requirements, generates compliance reports, and uploads finalized documentation for client review in a timely manner. The position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain productivity standards while ensuring accuracy.
