Responsibilities
Project Initiation & Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project needs and objectives.
Requirements Gathering: Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and implementation plans.
Resource & Budget Management: Assign tasks to Contractor personnel and accurately forecast the labor burn rate.
Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily progress, manage the project schedule, and ensure all quality standards are met.
Risk Management: Identify potential technical and project-related issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Contractor's technical teams, the COR, and executive leadership to manage expectations and facilitate clear delivery statuses on multiple concurrent activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively quantify specific, detailed information for recommendations.
Technical Understanding: A working understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities.
Planning & Proposal Development: Proven ability to define requirements and prepare task proposals, including comprehensive budget and schedule development.
Tools & Process Development: Experience working with project management tools, as well as developing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Quality Assurance: Ability to critically assess project deliverables to ensure they consistently meet CBO requirements.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of execution and reporting.
Preferred Credentials
Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred.
Certifications/Experience: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
