FinancialForce / Certinia Solution Architect

JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a highly qualified FinancialFource / Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) Consultant with a minimum of five years of relevant experience to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of FinancialFource / Certinia's PSA tools and will have a demonstrated history of successfully implementing and optimizing these solutions for clients.

The selected individual will be responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of our existing systems, offering strategic recommendations, and implementing best practices to enhance our operational efficiency. We are looking for a problem-solver with exemplary communication skills who can effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation & Customization: Configure and deploy FinancialForce PSA solutions to align with client requirements. Customize PSA workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Consultation & Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and recommend best practices. Develop and document PSA solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Technical Expertise: Conduct system assessments and provide technical resolutions.
• Integrate PSA with Salesforce and other third-party applications as needed.
• Project Management: Lead or assist in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live. Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Keep up to date with new releases and improvements in FinancialForce PSA and Salesforce.
• Perform functional and technical system activities including business process configuration, coordinate testing, work with offshore team and vendor on development activities, manage project queue and scheduled releases etc.
• Collaborate with professional services and Technical Support team working with the Onsite BA to projects and production.
• Adopt Agile methodologies to work collaboratively with others.
• Facilitate unit, integration and user testing including documentation of test scenarios and oversight of testing progress for projects and production support.
• Update business process flows.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:         

• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Certinia PSA solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce platform integration and customization.
• Proficiency in configuring Certinia PSA modules such as resource management, time tracking, expense tracking, and project forecasting.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
• Familiarity with data migration and API integrations.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions within budget and timelines.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:   

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  Certinia or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certinia PSA, Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.Graduate university degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar
• 5 years of Domain level/Implementation experience over FinancialForce Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Professional Services Automation.
