Job Type: FTE
The Role
We are building a new solution category within AI Governance to accelerate the adoption of enterprise AI, and this role owns it - from first principles to first clients.
You will take a strategic insight, structure it into a solution, prototype it, and commercialize it with clients. It sits at the intersection of AI model behavior, operational risk, and enterprise-grade workflows.
You think in frameworks. You have commercial instincts. You're a builder who can sell. You understand that being early to a problem is an advantage and you know how to use it.
What You'll Do
● Translate a business problem or hypothesis into a structured, client-ready solution
● Run discovery with quants, risk officers, AI engineers, and COOs
● Introduce the offering into active client conversations alongside the sales team and convert audit engagements into follow-on remediation work
● Be the external voice: conferences, practitioner forums, written point of view
● Guide implementation and client teams on governance-aligned AI architecture and deployment standards
Required
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
● 8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Governance, Risk & Compliance, Digital Transformation, or Technology Governance.
● Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and operating procedures to ensure scalable and compliant AI adoption.
● Hands-on experience establishing Responsible AI practices encompassing fairness, transparency, explainability, privacy, security, accountability, and bias detection/mitigation across AI solutions.
● Demonstrated capability in developing AI risk assessment methodologies, governance controls, and lifecycle-based review checkpoints to manage operational, ethical, legal, and compliance risks.
● Expertise in building and operationalizing governance workflows for GenAI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
● Proven ability to develop reusable AI governance playbooks, implementation frameworks, policy templates, standards, and governance toolkits to accelerate enterprise AI maturity and adoption
Preferred
● 10 years of relevant experience in BFSI in a delivery or advisory capacity (or both)
● Experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI)
● Familiarity with governance frameworks such as EU AI ACT, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC AI standards, GDPR, SOC2, or internal risk frameworks.
● Exposure to MLOps, AI Ops, model monitoring, or enterprise architecture is a plus.
● Experience in consulting, shared services, or large-scale enterprise transformation programs preferred.
