Position Summary:
Straith Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time RN Circulator to join our surgical services team. The position offers work-life balance with no weekends or holiday shifts required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate in the operating room, ensuring a sterile, safe, and well-coordinated environment.
- Scrub in the operating room for both ophthalmology and orthopedic cases.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff to optimize patient care.
- Manage surgical supplies and instruments during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout all perioperative phases.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Michigan (required).
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required);
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and teamwork.
- Experience both scrubbing and circulating
