Myers Pediatric Dentistry Jacksonville is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing pediatric dental team. As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience while keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude.
Manage the provider schedule to maximize efficiency and patient flow.
Check patients in, assist with registration, and notify clinical staff of arrivals.
Verify insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and explain coverage to patients.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix.
Scan and organize patient documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Prepare daily paperwork and forms for upcoming appointments.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
Support the Office Manager with additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental office.
Experience using Dentrix practice management software.
Familiarity with dental terminology and dental office procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a pediatric dental office.
