Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (water heaters, fixtures, piping, etc.)
• Present options and solutions to homeowners with confidence and clarity
• Perform high-quality installations and repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Properly document work performed and recommendations
• Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and professionalism

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Proven, relevant work history in residential service
• Clean, professional appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
