We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Technician to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of cutting-edge stabilizer systems. You will work on a variety of vessels, ensuring our clients can enjoy their time on the water without the worry of rough seas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install & Commission: Perform expert installation of marine stabilizer systems.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Client Support: Provide technical support and clear communication to boat owners and captains.
• Safety First: Adhere to strict safety protocols while working in fast-paced marine environments.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong background in marine systems. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and willing to get your hands dirty to get the job done right.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of marine mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience: Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining marine equipment (stabilizer experience is a major plus).
• Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Physicality: Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces (engine rooms/bilges).
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certifications in marine systems are a plus).
