We’re looking for a dependable person to join our team in a lumber shop/warehouse setting. The role involves a mix of forklift work, material handling, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. It’s a steady, hands-on position with a consistent routine and clear expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating a forklift to move and organize lumber/materials
- Running automated cutting equipment
- Pulling and preparing orders from pick lists
- Measuring and checking cuts for accuracy
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Helping load/unload materials when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable working in a shop/warehouse environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Pays attention to detail
- Can follow instructions and work independently
Nice to have (not required):
- Forklift experience or certification
- Experience with lumber, construction materials, or similar work
- Basic measuring/cutting experience
