Day to Day
As a Wireless Consultant, you’ll drive sales and create extraordinary customer experiences inside the world’s largest retailer. You'll act as a trusted Wireless Consultant, demonstrating products, building relationships, and helping customers find the best solutions for their needs. This is your opportunity to shine in an hourly plus commissioned sales environment where results are rewarded.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business and loyalty
- Increase sales and brand awareness for client products and services
- Build positive relationships with retail store management and associates
- Serve as a product expert to both customers and in-store sales staff
- Stay informed on client products and competitive offerings
- Participate in sales events, promotions, and training sessions
- Meet and exceed sales targets independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to engage customers and deliver results in a retail sales environment
- Strong selling skills and a passion for technology
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused settings
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- No late nights, no early morning (Wed 11am-530pm, Thurs-Sat 11am-630pm)
- Self-motivated with minimal need for supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
- Comfortable using basic technology for data gathering and reporting
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude
- 18 years of age or older
