Role and Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Social Media Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ social media presence and engagement. This role has the opportunity to turn into full time within 3 months.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceive, plan, and execute effective social media posts aligned with client objectives.
- Develop captivating content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices to optimize campaign performance and innovation.
- Carry out paid advertising initiatives, including monitoring performance to determine if adjustments are necessary to achieve results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of internship experience in social media marketing for brands or organizations or related roles.
- A genuine passion for social media platforms and an understanding of their unique dynamics.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content.
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva.
- Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is advantageous.
