We are looking for experienced individuals to join our paving crew. If you have experience raking asphalt, operating rollers, or running an asphalt paver, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Rake and lute hot mix asphalt to achieve proper grade and finish.
- Operate asphalt rollers to meet compaction specifications.
- Operate asphalt pavers on commercial and roadway paving projects.
- Assist with paving setup, cleanup, and daily equipment inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Work closely with the foreman and crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Experience in one or more of the following:
- Asphalt raking.
- Asphalt roller operation.
- Asphalt paver operation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- CDL is a plus but not required.
