Paraprofessional Positions - Strafford School District (2026-27 School Year) Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact in students' lives, either now or in the future? Strafford School District is seeking dedicated paraprofessionals to join our team for the 2026-27 school year. In this role, you will work directly with students, providing essential support in classrooms and specialized programs while building your own skills in education. We have full-time and part-time positions available, making this a great fit for college students studying education or a related field who want hands-on classroom experience while they are still in school. This is real, resume-ready experience you can point to when you apply for teaching or education-related positions down the road. It is also perfect for parents who need school day hours, young people seeking a first and meaningful entry into the work force, retired folks who are not ready to be fully retired, and so many others. If you have some guaranteed time per week that you are looking to fill with a job that truly matters, we are looking for you. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.70 per hour, depending on experience. This rate is competitive with many other part-time jobs available to folks but few of them will provide as much of a meaningful experience as this job will.
