Investment Management Associate Attorney

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is currently seeking an associate to join our industry-leading Investment Management department in our Philadelphia office. Stradley Ronon’s investment management practice is one of the largest in the country and has helped shape the investment management industry for nearly 100 years, counseling firms ranging in size from the world’s largest asset managers to entrepreneurial start-ups. We invite candidates with the below qualifications and credentials to apply.

• 2 years of experience as an attorney working within a law firm's investment management department, in-house at an asset management firm, or with a government agency within the securities or a related financial field
• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law; PA bar admission preferred
