Recently launched in 2021, this small business has quickly established itself as Charleston's new source for speciality linen rentals, servicing the Southeastern event industry and beyond. As an intern for Stradley Davidson, you will gain valuable hands on experience and exposure to the booming Charleston events industry, along with insight into entrepreneurship while working side by side with the founders of this local startup. Role Description
- Communicate with clients on rental needs and event logistics
- Assist with new order entry and quote revisions through Goodshuffle Pro software
- Work closely with Operations Coordinator on order fulfillment
- Assist with sorting, organization and handling of inventory on a day to day basis
- Gain understanding of the event industry and make connections with event professionals
- Work with Founders on daily tasks and special projects
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Must be available one weekend per month for order deliveries and pick ups
