The Retail Service Coordinator interacts & supports the administrative functions for all Service, Retail Managers & Technicians in the field.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
- Schedule Quality Assurance visits.
- Enters weekly time sheet summaries in Service Titan.
- Schedules follow up activities.
- Tracks vehicle maintenance logs.
- Assists with property management quotes and follow ups.
- Assists with Afterhours calls for nights and weekends.
- Assists with technician’s service titan board for following up with incomplete calls.
- Assist with technician’s payroll and GPS tracking.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years office-based experience required.
- Construction Experience a plus.
- Sitting at computer for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
