Location: Knoxville TN
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our Retail Installation team driving efficiency, quality, and performance across residential AC operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and train front-line Retail Install employees
- Oversee daily operations, schedules, and quality control
- Monitor production data to ensure top performance
- Collaborate with Sales and Management on process improvements
- Manage budgeting, P&L, and sales performance goals
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of supervisory experience in HVAC operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production systems
- Experience with budgeting, cost management, and team development
