StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time, Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior to join our team in supporting the NAVAIR program office in Patuxent River, MD. Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior will be performing program management, technical, and business analysis tasks related to the acquisition, development, and sustainment of direct and time-sensitive strike weapons. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, program management expertise, and familiarity with government acquisition processes. The Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior duties include but are not limited to the following requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports program and project management efforts as directed by the Senior Key Analyst.
- Applies analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives.
- Analyzes program requirements, budgets, schedules, and performance data.
- Conducts management, technical, and business case analyses.
- Collects, organizes, and interprets data related to aircraft, weapons, and other acquisition programs.
- Monitors program and project status, schedule execution, and performance metrics.
- Implements government-directed processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
- Applies analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives.
- Analyzes program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, and business case analyses.
- Collects, organizes, completes, and interprets data related to aircraft, weapons, project acquisition, and product programs.
- Tracks program and project status, milestones, and schedules.
- Assists program leadership in developing and delivering strategic messaging and required reports.
- Develops and submits briefing materials on behalf of the Program Office.
- Assists the Project Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in coordinating with industry partners to communicate messages aligned with Program Office strategic goals and objectives.
- Manages competing priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Provides technical writing and strategic messaging support as a qualified professional.
Skills and Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Experience supporting weapons acquisition programs is preferred.
- Experience tracking procurement actions and updating spend plans using the AMS Tool Suite, including the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement Management Tool (PMT).
- Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) program management processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
- MA/MS degree
Allowable Education Substitutions:
- Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Mater's Degree.
OR
- Associate degree plus Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
OR
- Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship.
- Active DoD Secret clearance are required.

The estimated base salary range for this position is between $108,000.00 - $131,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
