Personal Lines Account Manager duties include:
- Serves as a subject matter expert in book management and act as an Account Manager for an assigned book of business, meeting all performance expectations in quality, and service associated with that book.
- New business – Working with producers on agency and company underwriting requirements, coverage and processing
- Product knowledge to ensure accuracy of policies
- Endorsements
- Renewals
- Work with clients on a daily basis
- Develops, implements, improves, and ensures compliance with core work processes throughout department, including identifying and adopting best practices.
Qualified candidates will have:
- 3 years of industry experience and knowledge
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Exceptional Account Management skills
- Demonstrated outstanding people management skills
- PC proficiency, including MS Office
- Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
