• Connect with customers – Ask the right questions, listen with care, and guide them toward the perfect products.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, people-first attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required. We’ll give you the training and tools to succeed.
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment (standing, moving, restocking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
