We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to join the fast-growing team. They are responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of HVAC installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Job Responsibilities
This position is reported directly to the local Regional Vice President.
Qualifications
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate with the customer by checking in and out with them on jobs. Able to explain the problems and resolution in a manner that the customer can understand. Closely communicate issues/concerns/updates with account managers on jobs. Answer any questions customers or other techs may have.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal numbers. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem-solving and prioritizing multiple tasks. Help to take the lead over and teach helpers and tech I’s. Intermediate computer skills.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to join the fast-growing team. They are responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of HVAC installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews in the field, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to guide installations and resolve discrepancies.
- Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and manage workforce productivity.
- Inspect work progress to ensure quality craftsmanship and compliance with safety and building codes.
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needs with project managers and warehouse personnel.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure job site coordination and efficiency.
- Provide hands-on technical support for HVAC installation, start-up, and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior technicians to promote skill development and safe work practices.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company safety protocols and job site regulations.
- Monitor labor hours, material usage, and job costs, reporting variances to management.
- Enforce safety protocols on-site, including compliance with OSHA guidelines, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe operation of machinery and tools
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC workers, delegating tasks, and ensuring productivity and quality

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, controls, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide crew members.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
- EPA certification and valid driver’s license required; additional HVAC certifications preferred.
