STR Executive Cleaning Services is seeking part-time, dependable, experienced Independent Contract (1099) Housekeepers to clean and prepare vacation rental and hotel-style properties.
We are looking for individuals who understand the high standards required for short-term rental properties and take pride in providing clean, organized, and guest-ready homes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience cleaning vacation rentals, Airbnbs, hotels, or similar hospitality properties
• Must be available 7 days a week between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, based on assigned cleaning schedules
• Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned properties
• Must be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Must be able to complete cleanings within required turnaround times
• Must have a clean criminal background and be willing to complete a background check
• Must have a reliable cell phone and maintain consistent communication
• Must be comfortable following property-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards
Contractor Responsibilities:
Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vacation rental properties between guest stays. Duties may include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing and making beds, laundering or replacing linens as required, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, removing trash, checking for damages or missing items, and ensuring each property is properly staged and guest-ready.
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a traditional employee position. Cleaning assignments may vary based on guest checkouts and property demand.
