Pay $85,000-$110,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders
- Help identify potential risks or issues and propose solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Support budget tracking and reporting
- Attend client meetings and assist with communication and follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience or internship in project coordination/management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus
