What You'll Be Doing
On the Till & On the Floor
- Be the last impression a customer has before they leave — make it a great one
- Handle transactions quickly, accurately, and with a smile
- Keep your till area clean, organised, and running smoothly
- Help out on the shop floor and with general tasks during quieter periods
Customer Service
- Greet every customer and make them feel welcome
- Answer questions, point people in the right direction, and go the extra mile where you can
- Handle refunds and exchanges professionally and without fuss
- Be someone customers remember for the right reasons
What We're Looking For
- A people person who genuinely enjoys interacting with the public
- Someone reliable, punctual, and easy to work with
- Comfortable handling cash and basic computer systems
- Cool under pressure when the queues get long
- Previous cashier or customer-facing experience is a bonus — but not a dealbreaker
