JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME / ON-SITE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and is highly motivated.
- Solid computer skills: dealership software experience a plus but not necessary.
- Previous sales experience preferred: automotive experience a plus but not necessary.
- Background check will be conducted.

SCHEDULE:
- Our business days are Monday through Saturday. Specific work hours and details will be discussed during the interview process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers upon arrival and communicate in a respectful, clear and engaging manner.
- Guide customers through the purchase process and present suitable options that fit their lifestyle needs and budget.
- Assist customers with the process of taking a rebuildable vehicle from a salvage certificate to an R-Title.
- Negotiate effectively by understanding customer needs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter customer information and complete sales documentation by utilizing dealership software in a timely manner.
- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
